Can I install artificial turf on my condo balcony?
In most cases, yes. Artificial turf sits on top of your existing balcony surface, so there's no drilling or permanent change to the structure, and it can be removed later. We check your balcony's surface and drainage before installing.
Do I need HOA approval?
It depends on your building. Many Miami condo associations have rules about balcony floor coverings, so we recommend checking with your HOA or property manager first. We're happy to provide product details for your request.
How long does it last?
Quality balcony turf is made to last for years. Lifespan depends on sun exposure, foot traffic, and care, and our turf uses UV-stabilized fibers designed to hold their color in Miami sun.
Is it pet-safe?
Yes. Our turf is non-toxic and gentle on paws. Liquids drain through the backing, and solid waste picks up just like on real grass. A regular rinse keeps it clean and odor-free.
What about drainage?
